Required Information

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Processing Time
We will respond to valid DMCA notices within a reasonable time frame, typically within 48-72 hours of receipt. We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted the content.
Appeal Process
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification as described above. We will review your counter-notification and may restore the content if we determine it was removed in error.

We may update this DMCA Copyright Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
